raison pan's mother levain [sourdough starter (local flour + water)] has been growing, maturing, & blossoming since january 2022 and goes into each loaf of hand-mixed dough, along with local heritage & regenerative grain flours, water, & salt.
Licensed under the arizona cottage food law.

all flour is arizona grown, grained, & milled.
